Configuration Guide

Accessing White-Label Settings

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Select Project → Settings
2. Click the White Labeling tab
3. If you haven’t purchased the add-on, you’ll see a prompt to purchase

Master Toggle

The master toggle at the top enables/disables all white-label customization:

• Enabled - Your custom branding is applied
• Disabled - Widget reverts to LILA default branding

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Basic Branding

Start with the essentials:

Tool Name: AcmeAI
Company Name: Acme Corp

2. Visual Identity

Upload your assets:

• Launcher Icon URL - Square icon, recommended 40x40px or larger
• Avatar URL - AI avatar, recommended 40x40px or larger

Both URLs must be publicly accessible HTTPS links.

3. Choose Default Theme

Select whether users see light or dark mode by default:

• Light - Clean, professional appearance
• Dark - Modern, reduced eye strain

Users can still toggle themes if you enable the theme switcher feature.

4. Customize Colors

For each theme (light and dark), configure:

• Primary - Main brand color (buttons, links, accents)
• Background - Widget background color
• Text - Primary text color
• Border - Border color for elements
• Surface - Card and panel backgrounds

5. Configure Layout

Set widget positioning:

• Position - Where the launcher appears (left/right corner)
• Drawer - Where the session list slides from
• Dimensions - Custom width and height

6. Customize Labels

Expand each section and customize text strings. Leave empty to use defaults.

7. Save Configuration

Click Save Configuration to apply all changes. Changes take effect immediately on the widget.

Per-Project Customization

White-label is configured per project, not globally. This means:

Troubleshooting

White-label settings not appearing

• Ensure you’ve purchased the add-on (Settings → Add-ons)

• Clear browser cache and reload

Icons not showing

• Verify URLs are publicly accessible

FAQ

Per-Project Customization

Yes. Full per-project customization. Client A gets “AcmeAI”, Client B gets “RetailBot”. All covered by one add-on subscription.

Project Limits

No limit. Customize 10 projects or 100. Same $250/month.

Cancellation and Data Retention

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, projects revert to LILA default branding. Your data and configurations are preserved.

Resuming After Cancellation

Yes. Resume renewal from Settings → Add-ons before the subscription expires, or repurchase if it has already expired.

Client-Facing Branding

When white-label is properly configured:

• LILA name is replaced with your tool name
• LILA logo is replaced with your icons
• “Powered by LILA” can be hidden or customized

Activation Timing

Immediately upon purchase. The White Labeling tab becomes available in project settings for all current and future projects.
